Northgate Community Housing consists of 2 six-plexes (12 one-bedroom apartments) in Northwest Rochester that are jointly owned managed and owned by ZVMHC and the Community Housing Partnership through the New Hope Connection. Residents must be severely mentally ill adults and are placed through the Housing Options Program. Tenants pay 1/3 of their monthly gross income and receive rental subsidy assistance through a federal subsidy program. There is no time limit on length of residency. |
