Community Support Program Director
Zumbro Valley Mental Health Center seeks a full-time CSP Director to be responsible for its highly successful community support programs in Olmsted and Fillmore Counties, including CARF accredited supported employment program, housing, outreach, case management, day treatment, drop-in, truancy & home-based family programs. The CSP Director is part of the leadership team & reports to the Executive Director. Requires a master’s degree in social work, psychology, or administration with appropriate licensure & 3–5 yrs. supervisory & management exp. Must be flexible, detail oriented & a skilled communicator. Benefits include employee paid health, life, & disability ins., 401k plan & PTO.
