Located in downtown Preston, this site provides mental health services to residents of Fillmore County. Community support, case management, and day treatment services are provided by 2 CSP staff. Outpatient assessment, testing, medication, and psychotherapy services are provided by 2 licensed therapists who commute weekly to Preston from the Psychological Services program in Rochester. A psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist is available one day each month. Appointments are made by contacting the Psychological Services program in Rochester. |
