Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking a full-time Help Desk Specialist to provide professional computer help desk support in a multi-site environment. Responsibilities include installing and configuring computer hardware/software for Microsoft based systems. The qualified individual will be able to train users, solve end-user problems and work with software/hardware systems and vendors. Must be knowledgeable in the following areas: Laptops/Netbooks/Thin Clients/PC’s/Printers, Active Directory, Windows XP/Windows 7,  Microsoft Office and Mitel phone applications. A minimum of two years experience supporting the above hardware and software is required.
