Full-Time Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a customer service representative to primarily work with our homeless population. The position will also include time in an administrative assistant role.  Responsibilities include phone and in-person reception, appointment scheduling, database mgt, new client admission, and small projects as assigned. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work with minimal supervision, demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office, and perform routine office management tasks. A high school diploma with one year of previous office experience is required. The customer service representative will work between both our main campus and 7th Street location.
